The construction breakdown can have up to two hundred line items with multiple entries for each line item. BUILDER reports include construction cost breakdown, construction summary worksheet, and cost to complete. BUILDER compares budgeted items vs. actual expenditures and forecasts overruns by tracking percentage completion.
